Our Horseboxes

We have a range of high quality horseboxes for sale ranging from 24' overall length down to our ladies boxes at 20' including cab.

Our policy is to produce a horsebox with a long life span, to a superior standard, using high quality materials and paints. These boxes are not conversions, all exterior steel work is galvanised and all exterior screws and rivets are stainless steel. Every joint is sealed, inside and out, and all the underside of the wagon is sprayed.

Into 2008

In 2007 we expanded our steel shop into a new building and took on more staff to meet demand. The expansion has given us the extra space needed to prepare chassis, build sub frames and lockers and fit the wiring before moving the build next door into the spray shop. After spraying the build is completed in the main workshop and then taken back into the spray shop for full external paintwork.

The new set up has enabled us to improve our quality, speed up our build times and keep between 4 and 5 boxes in build at any one time.

2007 saw many design improvements, such as the new rear light bar and the option of a top light bar with built in camera. Other improvements are the use of better quality paint, LED lighting, new electrical components and the options of generators and air conditioning.

To start 2008 we have a completely new design for the living area; new units and new fittings. The Graphics Department have new designs and we have new suppliers of parts, enabling us to offer more choice.

As always, quality of build and customer care is our priority. Customers are emailed weekly with photographs of each stage of the build of their horsebox. We hope to continue to expand in 2008 and plan to add 2 new staff members to our team during the first quarter of the year.

Quality Horseboxes

Our policy is to produce a horsebox with a long life span, to a superior standard, using high quality materials and paints. This ensures a trouble free operation. All exterior steel work is galvanised and all external screws and rivets are stainless steel. Every part fitted and every joint is sealed whether inside or outside the horsebox. All the underside is sealed and sprayed with a minimum of 3 coats of oil resistant paint.

We put great emphasis on ease of use and comfort for horses and owners alike. Each ramp is made to close with the minimum effort. The ramp slope is as low as possible, with the top only 33" from the floor. We spray LineX (Morecambe) polyurathane on the walls and the horse floor including the drain holes and on the ramp. The horse area is made so it can be power washed.

All our horseboxes are tilt cab, ensuring easy servicing and easy access to the engine.

We also fit air conditioning, cameras, generator, auxillary batteries, inverters and split charging systems. In addition we can fit air assisted ramps and LineX to existing horseboxes.

As part of our service we will put your horsebox through it's MOT test and also all mechanical services including oil changes.
