Helios horseboxes for sale with living or with unfitted living area

We can supply the new Helios horsebox with unfitted living with a view to customers either fitting one themselves or having one fitted at a later date. For this reason we try to have at least one in build, or painted and ready to buy. All the wiring loom including gas, hot/cold water, 230v and 12v will be fitted in advance to make fitting a living very easy at a later date. The rest of the horsebox is finished to the same high standard as all our Helios horseboxes and still includes our 2 year warranty covering all body work. Any Colour including metallic is included in the price.
The new design Helios horsebox is probably the lightest build on the market. Using the latest composite materials, the Helios horsebox is streamline, with excellent aerodynamics. The addition of the latest curved roof has moved us even further away from the shoe box shape that is the norm and really makes the Helios horsebox look fantastic from all angles. The curved roof, aerodynamic fibreglass pod and new front bumper from Kevin Parker Horseboxes Ltd have reduced wind noise and much improved fuel efficiency whilst making the Helios horsebox very distinctive . The standard 23' Helios horsebox, stalled for 3 horses, with full living, including toilet and shower, weighs just 4.9 tonnes and the ladies 20' 6" Helios horsebox, only 4.7 tonnes. At the end of each build the Helios horsebox is weighed at an independent weigh bridge and customers are supplied with a laminated weight ticket to keep with the log book and paper work, this has been our policy for over 3 years. We are still one of the few horsebox manufacturers who quote finished weights and provide proof. Designed, manufactured and sprayed in house, we have full control of quality and build times. We are so confident in our quality of materials and workmanship that we include a two year warranty on all bodywork at no extra cost. The lists below are for a standard Helios horsebox build. Helios Horsebox Dimensions

All Helios horseboxes are stalled for the largest 18 hand horses with 8’ width and 8’ 2” high. The horse partitions move to fit any width horse. The length of the horse area and living divide can be specified by the customer. There are two sizes available, 20' 6" and 23' overall length. These can both be stalled for 2 or 3 horses and for horse transporters with no living area for 4 horses.

We always have horsebox conversions and Helios horseboxes in build. There is a Helios horsebox demonstrator on site at all times for customers who would like to view a finished horsebox. We realise getting away in normal working hours can sometimes be difficult so we are open 8am till noon every Saturdays and will meet customers by arrangement at other times.
