Tilt Cab Lutons For Conversions

We have two options available for tilt cab lutons on horsebox conversions. We can fit the new Helios fiberglass pod and just add a walk through (no internal bed area) This uses the pod as a wind deflector and looks externally just like a finished horsebox.
The other method we can build is a full tilting luton.
This method is very reliable and we have used the tilt luton system for many years on conversions. The luton front door hinges upwards and has a stay when tilting the cab. The top hinge is continuous plastic and the side seals are foam. Again this is trouble free and time tested. It is also a favorite with mechanics because it allows easy access to the engine and filters. This style of luton can be added to any make of chassis making it ideal for horsebox conversions.
