Helios

The Helios

“When we started designing the Helios horsebox range, we had a clear goal to
aim for. It had to be pleasing to look at from all angles, very strong and incorporate the latest materials for strength and lightness”.

“We recognise that choosing a Helios luxury horsebox can be a very exciting, yet daunting task. To make this decision as simple and smooth as possible, we’ll take away all the worry and guide you through the step-by-step process to ensure you understand each stage in order to create a Helios horsebox that meets your exact requirements”

Included as standard on each Helios horsebox model

The Helios horsebox range is designed to transport the largest of horses in comfort and incorporates strength, longevity and safety with a high standard specification. It combines the perfect balance between aesthetic appeal, functionality and most important of all, a pleasing and comfortable environment for the horse. To achieve this we embrace a range of new materials and incorporated the latest technologies. Working from the ground up, each Helios horsebox benefits from the lowest possible load height and has an extremely low stainless steel ramp at just 0.81 metres (32”) that is almost the full width of the horse area, allowing the largest of horses to load and turn more easily. All Helios horsebox models have Coat-X Polyurea protective coating sprayed in the horse area and on the ramps.

Our exclusive curved roof system flows into the bespoke Helios luton pod achieving reduced fuel consumption, wind noise and vibration whilst increasing the internal height to a massive 2.50 metres (8’ 3”). This provides a much smoother, stress-free and safer ride for the horses. Each Helios horsebox has an auxiliary battery system with solar charging, plus solar charging for the chassis batteries. The horse area has an air extraction system and an integrated stainless steel safety cell with tubular stainless steel horse partitions and rear horse doors. We also include metallic paint, new upholstery throughout and bonded windows with smoked glass. Each is a totally bespoke build and backed up with our comprehensive two year warranty.
