Helios horsebox fibreglass pod and side mouldings for sale

Our Helios Horsebox fibreglass moulded pod and side ears are made to the highest standards in thick fibreglass. They can be fitted in a very short time with no cutting. Unlike the majority of universal fibreglass pods on the market they are moulded to fit the cab shape of the DAF/LF range exactly. This makes locating and fixing the pod a job of just over an hour from start to finish. Fibreglass pods made to fit any cab can take up to a week to cut and fit, with framework, welding and all the added weight. The size of the pod is 96" wide x 58" deep x 27" high, more than large enough for a double bed. At each side of the fibreglass pod we have designed in a flat scoop to make windows easy to fit. We have horsebox and vehicle windows for sale if they are required.

The Helios horsebox fibreglass pod and side mouldings can also be used as wind deflectors for almost any body, making it look like a complete horsebox. In most cases we can then make a large crawl or walk through if required.

If you would like to fit the Helios Fibreglass kit to an existing body here are the relevant sizes. The height from the top of the chassis runner to the top of the pod when fitted is 101". The width of the Helios pod and side ears is 96" and the distance from the back of the cab to the back of the kit is 5" (the body needs to be 6" away from the back of the cab)
The kit is very easy to fit and only requires sealer glue and rivets.
