Our Helios Horsebox fibreglass moulded pod and side ears are made to the highest standards in thick fibreglass. They can be fitted in a very short time with no cutting. Unlike the majority of universal fibreglass pods on the market they are moulded to fit the cab shape of the DAF/LF range exactly, this makes locating and fixing the pod a job of just over an hour start to finish, fiberglass pods made to fit any cab can take up to a week to cut and fit, with framework, welding and all the added weight.
The size of the pod is 96" wide x 58" deep x 27" high more than enough for a double bed.
At each side of the fibreglass pod we have designed in a flat scoop to make windows easy to fit. We can also supply windows if they are required.

The Helios horsebox fibreglass pod and side mouldings can also be used as a wind deflector for almost any body , making it look like a complete horsebox. In most cases we can then make a large crawl or walk through if required.

The height from the top of the chassis runner to the top of the pod is 101".

The kit is very easy to fit and only requires sealer glue and rivets.
