Kevin Parker horseboxes Ltd are installers of SmarTrack Stolen Vehicle Tracking Systems Accredited by Thatcham.

We fit these systems to any vehicles from tractors to vans, not just horseboxes!
We have two options for private customers, the Trident and the Protector Pro by SmarTrack. They are available either as an option when you order a new Helios horsebox or as an addition to customers existing vehicles. Both systems are ideal for horseboxes, cars, vans, HGV, classic and high value vehicles. We have one fitted to a company vehicle at the workshops to demonstrate the system. We can show you where the vehicle is and how the system works.
In recent years it has become more apparent that insurance companies are requiring professionally fitted tracking devices. For this reason we offer the very latest in internet based stolen vehicle recovery tracking. With the SmarTrack Protector Pro customers have global telemetrics SCC monitoring the vehicle 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Customers receive the same cover with the SmarTrack Trident, they can view their horsebox online with twice daily updates with the standard yearly subscription or for a small extra fee have 1 minute updates. Both systems have internal aerials and are covertly and professionally installed on any vehicle, they do not require any involvement from the owner.

these systems incorporates a movement sensor, which detects unauthorised movement of your vehicle. If the vehicle is illegally moved a signal is sent to the SmarTrack Secure Control centre (SCC) who will in turn call the owner to confirm a possible theft. If the theft is confirmed, SmarTrack can begin to track the vehicle live and liaise with the local police. SmarTrack staff are BS7858/ISO 9001 police liaisons. The system is supplied with its own long life back up battery. If your vehicle battery is disconnected, SmarTrack will call you and ask for confirmation that the vehicle is safe.
If you change vehicles we are able to remove and refit it for you (labour cost will be applicable). If you subscribe annually you will not lose any subscription as this simply rolls over to your new vehicle, Kevin Parker Horseboxes Ltd will re-commission the unit and provide new vehicle details. New documentation will be sent for your records.

How do I know it works?

When the approved SmarTrack engineer installs your system he or she will call the SmarTrack commissioning desk to verify a ‘LIVE’ position of your vehicle. At this time the Secure Control room staff check all the telemetry provided by the live device and confirm ‘FULL’ operation of the SmarTrack tracker. The telemetry will include battery voltage, battery back/up voltage, ignition key position (on or off) temperature and its GPS horizon position.

When do I pay for the system?

You can pay for your system after it is fitted and commissioned, your approved installer will give you an installation form (proof of fitting) this will include your subscription details.

When do I pay for my 24 hour Monitoring Subscription?

Your subscription is due as soon as installation has taken place, however this may not be possible due to having your installation at your car dealership. In this case we will expect your payment by the day of delivery to ensure you are fully covered for insurance purpose.

Who do I pay my Subscription too?

SmarTrack Ltd. A member of staff will only be too happy to take your subscription payment after fitting. This will enable the Secure Control room staff to monitor your vehicle 24 hours a day and 365 days of the year. In the event of a theft the Secure Control room staff will track, liaise with the Police and retrieve your vehicle within the GSM network available.

We will then send you a Thatcham TQA certificate that proves the tracking device installation and that all the monitoring fees are paid. You will also receive a customer card and user guide with an emergency telephone number. Please call this number in a theft only situation and we will take over and liaise with the Police for a fast response to your call.
